01 Do I need a loyalty card or retailer account? +
Nope. AisleWatch works off your receipts — the paper slips you were going to throw away. No Kroger Plus, no Safeway Club, no scraping your email.
02 Which stores does it support? +
Any store that prints a receipt. OCR handles the major US chains — Trader Joe's, Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, Aldi, Target, H-E-B, Publix, Kroger, Wegman's — plus most independent grocers.
03 Is my data shared with anyone? +
No. Your receipts are yours. Benchmarks use anonymized, aggregated data only — we compare you to cohorts of 30+ households, not individuals. No raw prices leave your account.
04 What happens if the OCR misreads something? +
Every receipt goes through a quick review step — you'll see each line item and can tap to fix anything that looks off. The parser gets better every time.
